Facebook is now integrating three new service providers into its Rights Manager to help brands protect their video content at scale.
Facebook launched Rights Manager last year to help rights owners protect their video content at scale, and have continued to improve the tool. Facebook heard from rights owners that they’d like more ways to access Rights Manager capabilities, so today Facebook is announcing new third-party integrations.
In order to help rights owners access Rights Manager’s capabilities in more ways, Facebook has now integrated Friend MTS, MarkMonitor, and ZEFR as third-party providers with access to the Rights Manager API
Facebook also explained that current Rights Manager users can reach out to one of the three providers to use their services to manage and protect their intellectual property. Video publishers that are not enrolled in Rights Manager can first apply for access, and then seek their preferred service provider.
